For Khaled

What gets built, in what order, and what it costs.

You have seen the agent working. Below is the rest of it: the four pieces that ship, the sequence they get built in, what runs on your card instead of mine, and the parts I am deliberately not promising.

3,999 AED

One-time build. 100% in advance. Deployment lands 14 to 21 days after payment and account access. Sixty days of support from the day it goes live, at no extra cost.

What you get

Four pieces. They are one system, not four subscriptions.

The AI agent

Trained on your catalogue and your services: perfume oils, bottles, soft and hard boxes, labels, bakhoor, shipping, the factory, low MOQ. Answers in English and Arabic. It hands price and MOQ questions to your team rather than guessing at a number.

Universal inbox

One screen where your team reads every WhatsApp thread and replies. Anyone can take a conversation off the agent mid-chat and finish it themselves. No more messages sitting on one person's phone.

CRM

Every enquiry becomes a contact with a stage you drag through a pipeline. Name, company, what they want made, volume, market. You can see who went quiet and who is waiting on a quote.

Meta templates and campaigns

I write your message templates, submit them to Meta for approval, and set up campaign sending against your contact list. New arrivals, Ramadan, trade-show follow-up, dormant buyers.

What runs on your card, not mine

Two things are usage-based, so they are billed directly to your card by the provider. I do not mark them up and I do not hold your money for them.

Meta conversations
WhatsApp charges per conversation window at Meta's published UAE rates. Your card sits on the Meta Business account, so you see the exact bill Meta issues.
AI agent tokens
The agent's model usage is billed to your card on the AI provider account. It scales with how many people actually message you.

How it gets built

In this order, because each step needs the one above it. Step one is the only one that depends on you, and it is the one that decides whether we land at 14 days or 21.

  1. WhatsApp Business account and number verification

Meta Business verification against your trade licence, then the number is claimed and verified. Nothing else can start until Meta approves this, and the clock here belongs to Meta.

Needs from you: trade licence, number, Meta admin access
  2. Catalogue and services loaded

All 28 products from your catalogue go in with their codes, sizes and notes, along with private labelling, bottles, packaging, labels, bakhoor, shipping and MOQ handling.

  3. Agent built and tested in both languages

I run it against the questions you actually get, in English and Arabic, and tighten it until it answers the way your best salesperson would. You review it before it touches a customer.

  4. CRM and inbox set up for your team

Pipeline stages matched to how you sell, then user accounts for whoever handles enquiries. I walk your team through it on a call.

  5. Templates written and submitted to Meta

Campaign templates go in for approval while the rest is being finished, since approval takes its own time. Rejections get rewritten and resubmitted at no charge.

  6. Go live

Your number starts answering. I watch the first days of real conversations and adjust the agent against what people actually ask.

Then: 60 days of support, included

What I am not promising

  • A sales figure. The agent replies in seconds and captures every enquiry that arrives. What that turns into depends on your traffic and how fast your team follows up on the leads it hands over.
  • Template approval on the first try. Meta rejects templates sometimes. I rewrite and resubmit as part of the build, but it can add days I do not control.
  • That the agent handles every message alone. Anything unusual goes to your team in the inbox. That is how it is designed, so a customer never gets a confident wrong answer.
  • Prices or MOQ numbers from the bot. It will not invent either. Both route to your team, which is what keeps it safe to leave running overnight.
  • The Meta verification timeline. If documents come back slowly, the 14 to 21 days start after verification clears, not before.

If this reads right, message me and I will send the account access checklist the same day.
